That floor has the living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The next floor has the other bedroom and bathroom. It is newly renovated with all brand new appliances and furniture. MUST DO STAIRS. Roads are steep.

The next floor is sometimes occupied but there is no shared access. It is 3 minutes to Carson street (bars and food), 6 minutes to downtown, 9 minutes to Grandview and the best view in the Burgh, and 9 minutes to the sports complexes.
